Simucad Design Automation and Silvaco Data Systems have merged to form Silvaco, Inc.

Simucad Design Automation, a Delaware corporation, and Silvaco Data Systems, a California corporation, have merged to form a new company, Silvaco, Inc., a Delaware corporation. As of March 1st, 2010, Simucad Design Automation and Silvaco Data Systems ceased to exist and Silvaco, Inc. has taken over all products, intellectual property, employees, all distribution channels, customers and support.

All website accounts created on www.simucad.com have been automatically transferred to www.silvaco.com.
